Policy I-6: Conflict of Interest and Reasonable Perception of Bias

Policy I-6: Conflict of Interest and Reasonable Perception of Bias from the College’s Policy and Procedures Manual includes a Declaration, Undertaking and Agreement for Board and non-Board members of the College Committees. The Board Directors, Committee members, staff and all those providing services on behalf of the College will discharge their duties with fairness, objectivity and impartiality. Such persons or entities will take reasonable steps to avoid or mitigate conflicts of interest or situations in which a possible conflict of interest might arise, or which might reasonably give rise to the perception of bias.

Board Directors and Committee members sign the Declaration, Undertaking and Agreement on an annual basis to demonstrate their commitment to these standards.
