The College would like to remind registrants that Yukon now regulates the practice of psychology, and has laws and regulations in place with respect to the practice of psychology in the territory.
Ontario registrants are not authorized to provide services, including telepsychology services, in or from Yukon, or to Yukon residents, without legal authorization from Yukon as per CPBAO Standard 16.1(a). Those Ontario registrants currently residing in Yukon should prioritize any advice received from the psychology regulator in the Yukon.
