Why is there a submission deadline to the Registration Committee meeting?
It’s necessary for the College to establish a deadline for receiving submissions to the Registration Committee to ensure there is adequate time to process the information, plan accordingly, and most importantly to have the information prepared for the Registration Committee so that they can review it in advance of their scheduled meeting.
The College often receives a high volume of submissions to the Registration Committee. Making a submission to the Committee well in advance of the submission deadline assists the College’s administrative staff in their planning and allows time for staff to contact you in case it’s discovered that additional information or clarification is needed before the information goes before the Committee.
The Registration Committee meets every other month, if you miss the submission deadline your submission will be scheduled for the next available Committee meeting instead.
