Only members of the College registered to practice psychology are allowed to:
- Practice psychology in Ontario;
- Hold themselves out as qualified to practice psychology in Ontario; and
- Use the titles “psychologist” and “psychological associate” in Ontario.
Only members of the College registered to practice behaviour analysis are allowed to:
- Practice behaviour analysis in Ontario;
- Hold themselves out as qualified to practice behaviour analysis in Ontario; and
- Use the title “behaviour analyst” in Ontario.

Please contact the College if you have information about anyone not registered who may practising psychology. The individuals listed below were prosecuted for unauthorized activities:
