Discipline Committee – CPBAO Public

There were six referrals to the Discipline Committee in the 4^th quarter:

Dr. Ronald Frey (2 matters): Referrals were made to the Discipline Committee on March 13, 2025, and March 19, 2025. These matters are currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.
Dr. Gina Madrigrano: A referral was made to the Discipline Committee on March 14, 2025. This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.
Ms. Christine Vestervelt: A referral was made to the Discipline Committee on March 20, 2025. This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.
Ms. Tatiana Zdyb: A referral was made to the Discipline Committee on March 4, 2025. This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.
Dr. Kenneth Zucker: A referral was made to the Discipline Committee on March 17, 2025. This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.

There were no Pre-Hearing Conferences held in the 4^th quarter.

Dr. Laura Brown: This matter was heard on February 25, 2025, with written reasons released on April 21, 2025.
Dr. Frank Kane: This matter was heard on January 6, 2025, with written reasons released on February 18, 2025. (Written reasons were received by the College on March 13, 2025.)

Mr. Eldon Bossin: The Hearing for this matter has not yet been scheduled.
Dr. Philip Classen: This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage
Mr. Christopher Heap (3 matters): This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.
Dr. Irina Trofimova (2 matters): The Pre-Hearing Conference for two related matters took place on December 12, 2024. The Hearing was scheduled for June 26, 2025
Dr. Vytas Velyvis: This matter is currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.
Dr. Romeo Vitelli (3 matters): These matters are currently at the Pre-Hearing Conference stage.
Ms. Tatiana Zdyb (2 matters): A Pre-Hearing Conference regarding one matter took place on July 30, 2024, with a further Pre-Hearing Conference to be scheduled.
