Committee Activities
ICRC Meetings
The ICRC met three times to consider 34 cases. In addition, 18 teleconferences were held in the 2nd quarter to consider 32 cases.
New Complaints & Reports
In the 2nd Quarter, the College received 32 new complaints related to the psychology profession and three complaints related to the ABA profession.

There are currently 212 open ABA and psychology complaints being actively investigated.

ICRC Dispositions
The ICRC disposed of three ABA case this quarter. The ICRC provided Advice in one matter, where the nature of service was Intervention, and decided to Take No Further Action in another, where the nature of service was Supervision. The ICRC decided not to investigate the third complaint, also regarding Supervision, believing it to be frivolous, vexatious, made in bad faith, moot, or an abuse of process.
The ICRC disposed of 36 psychology cases during the 2nd Quarter, as illustrated below.

Dispositions of Allegations
The 36 psychology cases disposed of included the consideration of 94 allegations. The ICRC took some action with respect to 36, or 38%, of these allegations.

Health Professions Appeal and Review Board
In the 2nd Quarter, three HPARB reviews of ICRC decisions were requested. The College received two HPARB decisions. In both these matters, the Board provided notice that it would not proceed with a review.
