COMMITTEE ACTIVITIES
ICRC Meetings
The ICRC met three times to consider 33 cases. In addition, 13 teleconferences were held in the 1st quarter to consider 25 cases. The next scheduled ICRC meeting took place on September 12, 2025, with 10 cases on the agenda.
New Complaints and Reports
In the 1st Quarter, the College received 37 new complaints related to the psychology profession and three complaint related to the ABA profession.
The nature of service related to the ABA complaint are Administration, Supervision and Intervention.

ICRC Dispositions
The ICRC disposed of one ABA case this quarter, deciding to Take No Further Action. The nature of service for this matter was Intervention.
The ICRC disposed of 28 psychology cases during the 1st Quarter, as illustrated below.

*F&V: Frivolous, vexatious, made in bad faith, moot or otherwise an abuse of process, pursuant to s.26(4) of the Health Professions Procedural Code.
The dispositions of the 28 psychology cases, as they relate to nature of service, are as follows:

Dispositions of Allegations
The ABA matter disposed of in this quarter included three allegations. The ICRC decided to Take No Further Action with respect to all allegations.
The 28 psychology cases disposed of included the consideration of 120 allegations. The ICRC took some action with respect to 32, or 27%, of these allegations.

Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB)
The College received five HPARB decisions. In three of its decisions, the Board confirmed the ICRC decisions. The Board dismissed one review request as frivolous and vexatious, and decided not to proceed to review an additional matter.
