As part of its ongoing commitment to continuous quality improvement and to advancing its Board-approved Ethics and Human Rights Plan, the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario and its Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Working Group have begun exploring the collection of demographic data from registrants and applicants. This initiative represents one of the short-term goals outlined in the Ethics and Human Rights Plan, approved by Council in March 2025.
The EDI Working Group will continue to guide this work, and updates will be shared as the project develops.
